Featured in HighSnobiety, Hypebeast and Kyra TV, this collaboration with the world’s most successful virtual band, Gorillaz x G-SHOCK gave me the opportunity to work with the band's management & creative director Jamie Hewlett to create two watch designs that celebrated both ends of their discography. The camouflage model was an ode to their self entitled debut album and the black watch to their latest album the "NOW NOW". With 40,000 pieces distributed worldwide this was G-SHOCK largest collaboration launch of 2019. To launch the campaign, we worked with production company Feedmelight to create a series of animated episodes to give a playful storyline to the collaboration.
